The First UK printing published by Hamish Hamilton, London in 1961. The BOOK is in near Fine condition with just light toning to the text-block. Free from inscriptions and bookplates. Some very light offsetting to the end-papers. The WRAPPER is complete and is in Very Good++ or better condition. The colouring to the spine remains bright. A small rubbed area to the rear panel and a little toning to the spine. The Val Biro designed wrapper looks very attractive in the removable Brodart archival cover. One of the scarcest of the Maclaren-Ross titles especially with the wrapper in such collectible condition.
