Apart from some mild upper text block dustiness, the book is very sharp being clean,tight and free from inscriptions. The WRAPPER is in near FINE condition. A hint of edge-wear to the spine ends and the tiniest hint of fading to the spine colouring. The William Belcher designed wrapper looks very striking in the removable Brodart archival protector. Doris Lessing won the 2007 Nobel Prize in Literature, with The Golden Notebook specifically cited in the Presentation Speech. A sharp copy of the author's key work.
