A neat penned name to the upper front blank end-paper. John Le Carre has signed (without dedication) at his chapter entry 'Leo Harting : A Biography' which is a 23 page character sketch of the central figure of the screenplay 'A small Town In Germany'. This biography '....served as a guideline for Le Carre during his writing of the screenplay'. The book is additionally signed by the author John Keeble at his entry which is an excerpt from his first novel 'Crab Canyon'. An interesting Le Carre ephemeral title. Collectible.
