The First UK printing published by Heinemann, London in 1977. The Book is in Very Good++ condition. Original pictorial laminated boards with no wrapper as issued. A very small repair to the extreme lower edge of the rear board, barely discernible. A neat penned owner's name to the upper front pastedown, which is barely discernible as it blends into the blue coloured paper pastedown. Just little light toning and spotting (in places) to the page edges. The book is protected in a loose mylar archival cover. One of the Ahlberg's classic early titles. Issued two years before the softcover format. Scarce to find in this condition.
